When we started dreaming and scheming about Moms Night Out, we would never have imagined that it will turn out as it did. 200 local mothers, more than 20 sponsors, 250 swag bags (worth $ 100), 9 draws packs of three photographers, image, background, birthday cake, a live band, massages, hair styling and unlimited smile ... I think it's safe to say, that we are under the motto "Go big or go home!" We really wanted a case that would have the feel of an evening with friends, some of you already know, some people came in and that will take you planned to create. In addition to all the fun and fanfare, we were thrilled to be able to meet so many of you for the first time in real life. Part of what New Orleans Moms blog special is that we have the ability to reach out, to meet and help connect local mothers. Lets be honest, it was nice to have some wine or batch of frozen drink Cordina not swivel his head to make sure that our children are not trying to destroy the museum or kill each other in chat rooms. We want you to know that the museum staff was more than helpful. They were full of positive energy and literally never stopped, they can (and believe me, we asked a lot). They helped a number of cars unloaded, pushed carts full of stuff, moved hundreds of swag bags, table setting, occupied the tables and broke the ten event for us before we can help! If you think you planning a party the museum, do not hesitate! The staff makes it a fabulous place, and we are already dreaming of coming events there.
